George Gee’s Salmon Burgers

1lb Fresh Salmon
1/2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1/2 small diced onion
1 tbs Fresh Chopped Cilantro
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 black pepper
6 cloves fire roasted garlic diced
2 fresh basil leaves diced
1to 2 tbs George Gee’s All Purpose BBQ Sauce

Place Salmon in Food Processor to make ground
Add All ingredients in Large Bowl
Makes 4 to 6 Burgers
Place on grill for 6 to 8 minutes per side
indirect heat

George Gee’s Organic Broccoli *HOT* Slaw

(2) 8 oz Bag Organic Broccoli Slaw
1 organic apple gala or fuji
1 cup organic raisins
1 cup raw nuts (cashews, almonds, walnuts)
1 tbs organic agave
4oz George Gee’s All Purpose BBQ Sauce
2 oz Mayonnaise or Vegannaise Plus 1 tbs

Place broccoli slaw in salad spinner to remove excess
water or paper towel dry…
Place broccoli slaw in large bowl , with raisins, apple,
and nuts.. Dice apple into bite size chucks
Mix George Gee’s All Purpose BBQ Sauce with mayonnaise or
vegannaise and organic agave into separate bowl
then add to large bowl of all ingredients and mix with large
spoon or with your hands (make sure you use prep gloves)

Now let me tell You, this is some GOOD Broccoli *HOT* Slaw

George Gee’s Avocado Dip

4 Avocado
1/2 sweet onion
6 garlic cloves
1 tbs Raw Apple Cider Vingar
1 tbs Lemon Juice
A dash sea salt
A dash black pepper
1/3 cup fresh cilantro
1/3 cup fresh Italian parsley
1/3 cup George Gee’s All Purpose BBQ Sauce

Add ALL ingredients in Food Processor until creamy
(For chips, crackers, or even on toast)
