Papa George Gee’s Veggie Pizza

Indian Flat Bread
1 Bundle Broccoli Rabe
4 to 6 sliced Cherry Tomatoes
2 to 3 Diced Garlic Cloves
Daiya Vegan Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Sweet Onion
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt to taste
Black Pepper taste
1/4 to 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 to 2 Tablespoons Earth Balance Vegetable Butter
2 to 3 Tablespoons George Gee’s All Purpose BBQ Sauce

Preheat oven 325 to 350
Heat Skillet on mediun high, add Earth Balance Vegetable
Butter, next saute’Broccoli Rabe, garlic, sweet onion while
adding balsamic vinegar, George Gee’s BBQ Sauce and salt
and pepper to taste…Next sprinkle olive oil on Indian
Flat Bread, add saute’ veggies on bread, add vegan cheese
as desired, lastly add sliced tomatoes…Put those bad
boys in the oven until the cheese melts..Papa George Gee’s
Veggie Pizza FIRRRRRRRED UP!!!!

George Gee’s Baby Back Ribs

(1) Pack Baby Back Ribs
(3 Slabs)
Meat Rub
(2) ts. Black Pepper
(4) ts. Sea Salt
(3) Garlic Powder
(1) Chli Powder
1/4 cup Organic Brown Sugar

Remove the membrane from
the backside of each slab..
Place meat rub in medium
bowl mix together..
Sprinkle on ribs..
Place your ribs on grill (indirect heat)
for 6 to 8 hrs about 250 degrees
replenishing your wood charcoal
every 1 to 2 hours..
Within the last 30 to 40 minutes
Brush on George Gee’s All Purpose
BBQ Sauce..

George Gee’s BBQ Green Beans

(1) French Green Beans (From Trader Joe’s)
Sea Salt to Taste
Black Pepper to Taste
(1) tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
(1) ts Earth Balance Butter (Veggie Oil)
(1 to 2) ts George Gee’s All Purpose BBQ Sauce

Heat up skillet pan..
add butter, olive oil, then add
Green Beans, next add salt and
black pepper, and George Gee’s
All Purpose BBQ Sauce…

Saute’ until Green Beans are tender
with a nice snap…

George Gee’s Grill’in Grilled Cheese

1 Ripe Red Tomatoe
Your Favorite Bread
Your Favorite Vegan,Soy,Rice Cheese Etc..
1 Teaspoon George Gee’s All Purpose BBQ Sauce
Sea Salt/Black Pepper/Garlic Powder/Thyme to taste
Earth Balance Veggie Butter

Heat Skillet mediun heat, add veggie butter, grill
bread on both sides until golden brown, sprinkle
on spices, spread on George Gee’s BBQ Sauce on 1 slice
of toasted bread, add 1 slice of tomatoe, then add
cheese, put both pieces of toast together until
cheese melts…Remove from skillet slice toast
in half…Awesome George Gee’s Grill’in Grilled Cheese

George Gee’s Angel Eggs

1 Dozen Eggs
1/8 teaspoon Sea Salt or to taste
1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/8 cup Diced Onions
3 Garlic Cloves
1/8 cup Red Bell Pepper
1 Teaspoon Chopped Fresh Cilantro
3 Tablespoons Mayo
4 Talespoons George Gee’s All Purpose BBQ Sauce

Boil Eggs..Let Cool, next shell eggs, cut
in half the long way..Remove egg yolks and
place in large bowl..Add ALL ingredients until
creamy..Use a pastry bag or a plastic bag and
squeeze out mixture in egg white halves..Now
You Got George Gee’s Angel Eggs

Baby Girl’s Green Salad

1 Bag Organic Mixed Green Salad
1/2 pint Grape Tomatoes
2 Sliced Apples (Gala of Fuji)
1/2 cup Shredded Carrots
1/2 cup Raisins
1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
1/2 cup Cashews
1 Sliced Avocado

Do you best to use ALL Organic Produce
Place in Large bowl mixed greens, add
raisins, nuts, seeds, carrots..Lastly
add apples and Avocado…Absolutely

*George Gee’s Bacon Scallop Burgers*


1 lb Sea Scallops
1 lb Bacon
Black Pepper to taste
Garlic Powder to taste
1/4 to 1/2 cup George Gee’s All Purpose
BBQ Sauce

Heat up skillet on medium heat
Next rinse and paper towel dry Sea Scallops
Add black pepper and garlic powder
to Sea Scallops…
Take a bacon strip and wrap it around sea
scallops (1 or 2) take a toothpick and stick it
through bacon and sea scallop…

Place in hot skillet until bacon browns
Add George Gee’s All Purpose BBQ

Wait till you bite into this tasty
